Artificial Neural Network Model of MPox Elimination Strategies
1Correspondent of International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) in DR Congo.
Abstract:
Our study aims to provide a model of artificial neural networks called "ANN-MPX" that helps to monitor the disease spread and to plan response strategies. It emphasizes three main models, related to disease spread and elimination, namely a popular SIR model, a Force of Infection model and a Force of Elimination model. Our model can be used to predict the success or failure of Mpox elimination efforts in a given region based on epidemiological inputs.

Parameters Affecting Nonlinear Elimination: Zero-Order Input, First-Order Absorption and Two-Compartment Model
When a drug is administered through a constant intravenous infusion and eliminated via nonlinear pharmacokinetics, it follows zero-order input. For example, oral drugs undergo first-order absorption upon administration and are eliminated through nonlinear pharmacokinetics.

Decision Making: P-value Method
First, a specific claim about the population parameter is proposed. The claim is based on the research question and is stated in a simple form. Further, an opposing statement to the claim is also stated. These statements can act as null and alternative hypotheses: a null hypothesis would be a neutral statement while the alternative hypothesis can...
Enhanced Elimination of Poison
Antidotes serve a crucial role in counteracting the effects of poison by inhibiting enzymes responsible for producing harmful drug metabolites. In some cases, these toxic metabolites can be neutralized by endogenous cosubstrates, which are maintained at specific concentrations to prevent interaction with cellular macromolecules and subsequent cell death.
