After the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a rapid shortage of caregiving personnel, and the use of medical technology to alleviate caregiving pressures has become an emerging trend. This study aims to understand the demand for the introduction of smart technologies in long-term care institutions. Data was collected using interviews and analyzed through text mining techniques. The results revealed that the main needs were assistance with mobility, medication safety, and caregiving records.
