Abstract:
SATUSEHAT Mobile (SSM), Indonesia's official health application, has evolved from PeduliLindungi during the COVID-19 pandemic into a comprehensive Personal Health Records (PHR) system. Our study evaluated user experiences among 472 respondents, using the H.E.A.R.T. framework (Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, Task Success). Findings highlight strength such as ease of access, but also reveal barriers including technical issues, account verification complexity, and data security concerns. Recommendations including simplifying the account verification process (KYC), improving usability, addressing technical issues, introducing rewards or incentives, and linking regulatory enforcement, similar to the mandatory use of electronic medical records in healthcare facilities to improve adoption and retention.
