A Novel Optical Coherence Tomography-based Keratoconus Diagnostic Index Incorporating Stromal and Epithelial Features

A new diagnostic index, Whole Information of Stroma and Epithelium (WISE), effectively identifies keratoconus using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) data. This index shows comparable accuracy to existing methods for diagnosing early and advanced keratoconus.
