Glymphatic System Dysfunction in Thyroid Eye Disease Associated with Disease Activity and Duration

Thyroid eye disease (TED) patients show glymphatic system dysfunction, indicated by lower ALPS values. This dysfunction correlates with disease duration and severity in inactive TED patients.
