Intracranial multiple myeloma masquerading as subdural hematoma: illustrative cases

Intracranial multiple myeloma (MM) can mimic subdural hematoma (SDH). Prompt diagnosis and tailored treatment, including chemotherapy and radiation, led to positive outcomes in two patients with MM presenting as subdural masses.
