Summary

Lactobacillus rhamnosus, a probiotic, shows potential for celiac disease (CeD) treatment. Bioinformatic analysis identified nine peptidases in L. rhamnosus capable of degrading toxic gluten peptides, suggesting a new therapeutic avenue for CeD management.
