Myalgia and Rigidity as Adverse Effects of Trametinib Therapy

Trametinib, used for pediatric low-grade gliomas (LGG), can cause severe side effects. This case report details a child experiencing myalgia and rigidity, highlighting rare adverse effects of this MEK inhibitor therapy.
