Towards stimulation-free automatic electrocorticographic speech mapping in neurosurgery patients

We developed machine learning models to predict speech function using electrocorticography (ECoG) data, offering a safer alternative to electrocortical stimulation mapping (ESM). This approach enhances eloquent cortex mapping for neurosurgery.
