Pyriform Aperture Expansion: An Adjunct Technique to Functional Nasal Surgery

Pyriform aperture expansion (PAE) is a safe and feasible addition to functional nasal surgery for improving airflow. This technique, performed endonasally, successfully expanded the pyriform aperture in most patients, relieving nasal obstruction.
