Case:
A healthy 20-year-old man with a bell clapper deformity sustained a traumatic testicular dislocation in the setting of a pelvic ring injury following a motorcycle accident. Intraoperative urology consultation was obtained, and an open reduction and orchiopexy was performed. The patient recovered from both his pelvic ring injury and testicular dislocation uneventfully without long-term complications.
Conclusion:
Traumatic testicular dislocation is an uncommon urologic injury that can be found in the setting of pelvic trauma. Multidisciplinary care is mandatory for proper treatment of both the pelvic ring injury and testicular dislocation.
