- Affected-side PTA, mild vertigo, and severe concentration difficulties are key risk factors for DAs in MD.
- Endolymphatic hydrops (EH) did not independently predict DAs.
- The timing of DAs varies with vertigo severity, necessitating individualized treatment plans.
