Synthesis and properties of a modified 2'-5'-adenylate trimer containing 2'-terminal 8-bromoadenosine

The trimer of 2',5'-oligoadenylic acids bearing at the 2'-terminal 8-bromo or 8-hydroxyadenosines have been synthesiszed by the phosphotriester approach. Their properties are also described.
