A new non-invasive detector for coronary microvascular dysfunction: exercise stress high-frequency QRS

Exercise stress high-frequency QRS (HFQRS) electrocardiogram effectively predicts coronary microvascular dysfunction. This noninvasive method shows a correlation between positive HFQRS leads and the severity of coronary microvascular disease (CMVD).
