Association between live herpes-zoster vaccine and stroke risk: A population-based nested case-control study

Shingles vaccination (ZVL) significantly reduces the risk of overall stroke, ischemic stroke, and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This protective effect is strongest in younger males and diminishes over time.
