Madelung deformity, a wrist condition causing pain and limited motion, involves radial bone malalignment. A novel intraarticular osteotomy technique is presented to correct severe articular facet deformities in adults.

- Madelung deformity is a condition characterized by hemi-epiphyseal dysplasia of the radioulnar axis.

- Adults commonly experience pain, restricted wrist motion, and cosmetic concerns.
