Abstract:
Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is a common knee procedure, yet postoperative graft failure remains a challenge, particularly in high-risk populations and revision cases. Lateral extra-articular tenodesis has been introduced as an adjunct to improve rotational stability and reduce graft failure risk. This Technical Note describes a minimally invasive lateral extra-articular tenodesis using the modified Lemaire technique with a hybrid all-suture anchor construct.
