Abstract:
Lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of hematological malignancies characterized by the uncontrolled proliferation of lymphocytes. CD70, a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand superfamily, has emerged as a critical mediator in the pathogenesis and progression of various subtypes of lymphoma. This review aims to summarize current knowledge on the role of CD70 expression in lymphomagenesis, disease progression, and its implications for therapeutic strategies.
