Most patients return to yoga after shoulder replacement surgery, with full recovery often taking up to a year. Many report improved yoga ability post-surgery, with similar outcomes for anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty (aTSA) and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (rTSA).
