Summary

Peripheral inflammatory markers like serum neurofilament light chain (sNfL), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) correlate with disease activity in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). These biomarkers may aid in personalizing RRMS treatment strategies.
