Summary

Connective tissue graft (CTG) significantly increased buccal peri-implant mucosal thickness (MT) more than cross-linked volume-stable collagen matrix (VCMX). Both VCMX and CTG improved MT, with VCMX offering shorter chair time and less discomfort.
