Magnetic field imaging based on weak measurement
None:
This study presents a weak measurement based magnetic field imaging method and system that utilizes the amplification mechanism of weak values on optical rotation and the magneto-optical effect to visualize magnetic field distributions. Our approach enhances optical rotation detection precision through differential measurements, achieving an angular resolution of 2.57 × 10-5° in the imaging system. This weak-measurement imaging method addresses the limitation of frequency-domain weak measurement in single-point detection that loses sample details, representing the realization of magnetic field imaging based on weak measurement. In addition, this method has the advantages of a simple device structure and high sensitivity, which provides an approach for magnetic field imaging.
