N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-RNA methylation is elevated in oral epithelial dysplasia (OED) and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), indicating its role in malignant transformation. Hypermethylation and upregulation of C4B, DNAH9, and NCALD correlate with better patient prognosis.
