Summary

MicroRNA miR-371a-3p shows promise as a liquid biomarker for detecting testicular cancer in small testicular masses (STMs). Plasma-based RT-qPCR analysis offers superior sensitivity and specificity for germ cell tumor (GCT) prediction.
