A ZnCdS/COF (Tb-BPY) S-scheme heterojunction was designed to enhance visible-light-driven H2O2 production. The nitrogen-rich COF and ZnCdS synergize to promote charge separation via a built-in electric field, improving photocatalytic efficiency. This work advances COF-based S-scheme strategies for sustainable chemical synthesis.
