Integrated Classifier Based on Coacervates for Weighted Digital miRNA Classification

Abstract:
In recent years, DNA molecular computing, as a hot topic, has been applied to DNA storage and clinical diagnosis. In this article, we constructed an integrated classifier based on coacervates (ICC) for miRNA classification. The DNA classifier in this article utilizes the coacervates as a framework and microreactor. The local processing module inside the coacervates acts as a computational core that can report on miRNA inputs. The coacervates are able to perform an ordered classification of different miRNAs and implement result weighting. They are capable of performing arithmetic operations such as multiplication and addition. The coacervates act as a microreactor that can confine different miRNA inputs to a specific space, ensuring that the different miRNA inputs do not interfere with each other. The proposed ICC platform offers broad application prospects in the field of biomedical diagnostics.
