Ultrasound-Guided Regional Block in Renal Transplantation: Towards Personalized Pain Management

Regional blocks, like the transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block, safely reduce intraoperative opioid use in kidney transplant patients. However, they did not significantly alter post-operative pain management or side effects within 24 hours.
