Summary

Micro-ultrasound-guided biopsy (MB) showed higher detection of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) than MRI/ultrasound fusion-guided biopsy (PFB) in men with MRI-visible lesions. However, this benefit was not consistent across all patient subgroups and biopsy strategies.
