Influencing Prenursing Student Well-Being Through a Five-Week Online Intervention

A well-being intervention improved stress, time, and study skills for prenursing students. However, it did not significantly impact sleep, exercise, mindfulness, perceived stress, or self-compassion.

- Developing an active success and wellness plan is crucial for prenursing students.
- Incorporating self-compassion into these plans is essential for promoting well-being before entering nursing school.
