Differences in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) management stem from geographic variations in inflammation. Western CRSwNP patients often have Type 2 (T2) inflammation, while Eastern patients predominantly show non-T2 inflammation, requiring distinct therapeutic approaches.
