Abstract:
A strategy was designed to achieve ER fluorescence delivery by employing ribosomes as intracellular carriers. Levofloxacin, which has low toxicity to eukaryotic cells, was selected as the ribosome anchoring moiety and did not alter ribosome function. Surface-modified levofloxacin LT-CDs were synthesized for active targeting of the ER in the process of cell translation.
