Thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO-Ab) correlate positively with thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and negatively with free thyroxine (FT4) in chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis. TPO-Ab and TSH levels may predict hypothyroidism risk.
