In this issue of Blood Cancer Discovery, Kamiya and colleagues identify aberrant RNA splicing as a targetable vulnerability in multiple myeloma. Using the RBM39 degrader indisulam, they show that therapeutic modulation of RNA splicing factors is a potential treatment strategy for patients with therapy-resistant multiple myeloma.
