Abstract:
Early diagnosis and timely intervention in ectopic eruption of permanent first molars can prevent premature loss of second primary molars. The novel spring named "D-loop" offers a simple, lab-free, and effective method for molar distalization, preserving arch integrity even in cases with significant root resorption.
