Over the past two years, the introduction of neurokinin-3 receptor antagonists-and the upcoming arrival of neurokinin-1 receptor antagonists-has transformed the therapeutic landscape for menopause, offering more personalized and better-adapted treatment options for a greater number of women. This narrative review provides a synthesis of alternatives to conventional menopausal therapies, along with updated, evidence-based recommendations that align with current international guidelines.
