Double ascending pharyngeal artery: the first evidence

This study presents the first evidence of double and two-rooted ascending pharyngeal arteries (APAs). These anatomical variations, found in two patients, highlight the need for caution during head and neck surgeries involving the external carotid artery (ECA).
