Experience-based co-design of a smartphone app for post-stroke aphasia self-management: a process evaluation

Experience-based co-design (EBCD) enabled individuals with aphasia to meaningfully contribute to developing new self-management technology. With proper support, their engagement and ideas were integrated, leading to positive experiences and improved communication accessibility suggestions.
