Altered Neuroretinal Tissue in Childhood Cancer Survivors: Data From the German CVSS Study

Childhood cancer survivors (CCS) show thinner peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layers (pRNFL) compared to controls. Certain cancer types and treatments, like cranial radiation and platinum drugs, are associated with reduced pRNFL thickness.
