Epispadias is a rare congenital anomaly with an abnormal dorsal urethral opening. Isolated subcoronal cases are uncommon and present specific surgical challenges. We report a 15-year-old male with isolated subcoronal epispadias presenting with an upward urinary stream since birth. He underwent dorsal Thiersch-Duplay urethroplasty without intraoperative complications. Postoperatively, vital signs remained stable, wound healing was satisfactory, and urinary stream improved. No leakage, infection, or incontinence was noted during follow-up. This case highlights dorsal Thiersch-Duplay urethroplasty as a safe and effective option for isolated subcoronal epispadias, though long-term outcomes require continued evaluation.
