Abstract:
A 41-year-old man who had previously undergone thymoma resection developed a right lower mediastinal mass. Endoscopic ultrasonography with bronchoscope-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-B-FNA) was performed. This report shows EUS-B-FNA as a minimally invasive and safe procedure that can expand the diagnostic yield for recurrent thymoma.
