Stone extraction during flexible ureterorenoscopy with or without the hydrogel method: a randomized, multicenter

The hydrogel method enhances kidney stone removal during flexible ureterorenoscopy by significantly improving the extraction of small fragments (<1 mm) without increasing risks. Further studies are needed to confirm long-term effectiveness.
