Choosing the right atrial antitachycardia pacing (aATP) algorithm is crucial for managing slow atrial tachyarrhythmias (ATs) in patients with congenital heart disease. A different aATP algorithm successfully terminated AT episodes and relieved symptoms in a patient with complex congenital heart disease.
