Abstract:
This cohort study of US Veterans identifies low respiratory syncytial virus vaccine uptake among eligible persons (9.8% in the 2023-2024 season, 3.0% after 5 months of the 2024-2025 season). We identified key disparities across demographic and social risk groups (age, rural residence, current smoker, housing insecurities), suggesting need for targeted interventions for vaccine uptake.
