Higher Order Aberrations Induced by Light Adjustable Lens Treatment

Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) treatments generally do not induce significant higher order aberrations (HOAs). However, patients with prior refractive surgery may experience a greater increase in HOAs after LAL treatment.
