Bromocriptine in peripartum cardiomyopathy: A meta-analysis with trial sequential analysis

- Current evidence suggests promising cardioprotective effects, supported by TSA for LV ejection fraction.
- Larger, adequately powered randomized trials are essential to confirm these findings and establish bromocriptine's role in PPCM management.
