Abstract:
Management of sinonasal cancers is complex and tailored to histopathologic tumor characteristics and disease stage. Imaging plays a pivotal role in staging, largely determining surgical and/or medical treatment regimens. Here, we discuss staging criteria as it relates to head and neck anatomy as well as specific tumor types to help radiologists meaningfully contribute in a multidisciplinary setting.
