Dermatological conditions are common in the geriatric population. The aim of this study is to determine the profile of geriatric dermatoses in a hospital setting over a 10-year period. Three hundred and twenty elderly subjects were included. The 65-74 age group was the most represented with 176 patients (55%). The average age was 74.30 ± 6.97 years. Analysis of the various diagnoses in our series showed a predominance of infectious dermatoses, followed by skin tumors.
