Left internal mammary artery (LIMA) offers the best long-term patency for coronary artery bypass grafting. Arterial grafts generally outperform vein grafts, with LIMA, right internal mammary artery (RIMA), radial artery (RA), and gastroepiploic artery (GEA) showing superior results.
