Abstract:
An electrochemical hydro- and seleno-amination of 2,3-dihydrofurans is reported herein, enabling efficient access to tetrahydrofuran-based hemiaminal ether derivatives. Furthermore, this electrochemical strategy is successfully applied for the synthesis of 2-selenonucleoside analogues.
