Abstract:
Synergistic morphology and defect engineering endow CdS catalysts with superior photocatalytic activity for H2O2 production. The optimized CdS nanosheets (CdS/NS) featuring a moderate sulfur vacancy density exhibit ultrafast charge dynamics, affording a high evolution rate of 5.35 mmol g-1 h-1. Impressively, this catalyst achieves 4.97 mmol g-1 h-1 in a 2.0 L outdoor batch reactor under natural sunlight, confirming its practical viability.
